A Time for Everything
There is a time and a place
for everything
she said, it’s just not now
if you know what I mean ..
But I do want you
to know that is, I left
a tiny little bit of me behind
instead ..
For you to find and then
of course
to eventually savour ..
When we, my love are on
our own, and oh’ ..
So very, very slowly later ..

Not now, not tomorrow, not ever, KP!! heehee.
Fido don't let me have any ardour anyway! lol.
I seem to find it ardour and ardour to understand exactly where you are coming from Steven 🐭:)
Ooooh - -so very romantic this well chosen "Time for Everything" - - and so teasingly slow that last line is sure to send shivers up (and down) the spine.........x
I shall have to look into that .. or upon it .. or something ..x
I read that all the dust in my place which I have hitherto blamed on the environment, is in reality my shed skin, which flakes off at a don't bear thinking of rate..... perfectly prepared to leave it as long as she likes, as I 'forget' to vacuum mostly....
perfectly prepared flaked skin sounds yummy 😎
I really enjoyed this romantic write! Just perfect! C
Ah' you noticed .. thank you C

wonderfully romantic, with a tinge of melancholic angst
an irresistible poetic cocktail, dear subtle Poet
(Time, distils
worth
with more clarity, than anything
in existence..
a sip at time, we savour
our mementos of life)
I'm just an old fashioned old fella who just happened to inherit a job lot of biro's 🙂
classy humble, looks good on ya
our poetically spritely, old fella
lol
