Kindness Of Snow.

Goldfinch60

Looking out into the world

And I see the snow covering all.

Its whiteness glowing with beauty,

A beauty that brings joy to my heart,

Joy to my heart and mind.

And as I think about it

The thought comes to me,

Snow covers all with beauty,

Just the same as kindness does.

We have some rain. That's usually wet too, as snow is! lol.
Was the rain ever not wet, millions of years ago?

Here in Texas snow isn't very common... but it is a lovely metaphor for all the things that grace what is otherwise ugly or dull or malevolent... like love, peace, or a good chocolate syrup.

Thank you jarcher54, your words are so true, except mine is a good cup of tea.

Such a beautiful analogy dear friend, the purity of snow that blankets all equally. You have given such a wonderful way to look at kindness, thank you!

                • Goldfinch60

                  Thank you Bella, much appreciated.
