Tune & Hymn: Amazing Grace
Hosea 1 v.6-9 and 2 v.1 parts
*******
Hosea speaks, Restoration
Shall be to the nation
People of Israel shall be
Numbered as sand's grains, see
It shall come to pass in the place
Where 'twas said to the race
Of Israel, you are not my
People, not to me nigh
There it shall be said, My people
You are, even you all
The people of the living God
Which on this land have trod
For once you were named Lo-ammi
'Not my people' you be
But now you are named Ammi, for
You are my people sure
And once were named Lo-ruhamah
I put you from me far
'No mercy' to you I would show
So troubles, grief you know
But now you are named Ruhamah
For to you my desire
Has rekindled, mercy I shall
Have on you, do you well

I find all the names you have used here are seldom heard these days .. what's wrong with these people .. 🐧😎
Thanks N. You know any Ammi's and Ruhamah's?
KP gives me Lo-Ruhamah - No mercy, that is. No mercy in me saving any money. She has most of it for botox! lol.
is a Lo-Ruhamah anything like ... well you know one o them things that I'm sure might incur the wrath of Fido and make you swoon sir 😎
Such a great message!!
Thanks H.
