Blessings In Life.

Goldfinch60

In our lives we are told many things,

Many things that society say we should do.

We should be counting money,

Looking for more,

Counting pounds and weight,

Looking for less,

Counting our steps,

To get us fitter.

But in my life I am becoming a rebel,

As rather than counting all those things

I count my blessings instead,

And I have so many blessings in my life

That I have no time to count other things.

Not rebellion, Andy - just means you have enough dosh not to worry.

    • Goldfinch60

That may be the case Dave but I have worked hard all my life to earn that pension that I receive. As I say I am a very lucky person.

I agree with you wholly. Always count your blessings first! Society can count the rest....Christina
