Love is a farce

Nothing but a façade

That’s what I thought

Till I saw your face

 

Your hair was open

Glimmer in your eyes

You looked at me

With a dazzling smile

 

My mind stopped

A brain freeze

I wish you never stop

Looking at me

 

So ethereal were you

Goddess on earth

But my love

Will never be enough

 

Because no matter how much I care

Or how much I try

I know that you won’t choose me
