Darling Whispers

M.E.M.

You had been fighting the battle alone for so long.

Maybe it is time you accept help,

Help from those who have been offering

this entire time.

I can see you are struggling to keep the hurt at bay.

Trying with all your might to show you are strong enough

to fight this evil on your own,

But you don’t have to!

Just give us the signal

a sign that you are willing to not go at this alone.

This pain that you feel

both physically and mentally can be stopped.

We await your command, Darling.

Say the word, and these contorted agonizing pains

will be nothing but a whisper of memory, my Darling.

You will not have to struggle any longer,

At least, not alone.

I will see to it that you suffer no more.

Take care in knowing you have me—us on your side always.

As the final whispers wonder away without a care.

This offers a powerful message of support and encouragement to those who are struggling. It reminds us that we do not have to face our challenges alone and that there are people who are willing to help us through our pain.
