I obviously started in my mother’s womb
To force myself out screaming and crying
Into this unsuspecting world.
This little bundle of joy who was to achieve what!
I went to school and scraped some exams
That earned me the right to work for forty seven years
During that time I married and had children,
Then married again.
I finished work and relaxed into retirement.
Retirement, probably the busiest time of my life
But worth it when I look back and consider
All the blessings that came to me during my time
So far.
So on I go, still blessed by family and friends.
I wonder what my legacy will be?
I wonder what they will say about me,
When I am no longer in this body,
That originated in my Mother’s womb
So long ago.

'He will be missed' is what I hope they will say.
But for me, they will say 'Good riddance' - or at least ''We wish he never started singing!' lol.
So they could day 'Peace at last!' heehee.
Now when was this birth event - millions of years ago for us two?
We will all have those who will miss us Orchi.

There's a saying 'Live so as to be missed'. It means it in the way you say. But it could also be taken in the sense of 'he's gone, he's missing, but we don't care', if you see what I mean?!
One day to be out of body that has been the vehicle assigned in this earthly journey... that is an increasing shareholder in daily thought more and more and the days accrue.
Thank you for your words cb.

They'll say you were a great man with a very caring soul. They'll also say they were blessed to have had you in their life, Hmm, I would say the same thing. 😉
Thank you AP, most kind.

Just telling it like it is Andy. 🌹
