Luminous Light

orchidee

Tune: Morning Hymn

('Awake my soul and with the sun')

*********

Lord, you do teach with wisdom's light

And darkened paths you do make bright

Help us keep you in all our sight

You who dispel the fear of night

Lift heart and voice, to Him songs raise

Worship, be thankful, all your days

He will guide sure, each step nwo tread

Along life's way, Chrsit rose from dead

Arose from dead, now lives e'ermor

Residing by His Spirit sure

In humble hearts who hear his call

He came to be Saviour of all

No other way, though exclusive

It may seem, it is inclusive

For all may come to God and live

Through the new life that Christ does give

Alight a while, and meditate

On Him, His plans, purposes great

G forth, serve Him, His power know

And ever in His image grow

Evangel, proclaim the good news

knowing that Christ did you first choose

'Tis by His grace, His mercies pure

You are His people evermore

Don't know is it is because he is near but never had any fear of night. A beautiful song of praise.
