Never waste a rhyme

Poetic Dan

If yesterday was long, then the day before was a killer and the tomorrow is a prison from the happily ever afters.

Maybe it's true or just a waste of a rhyme, clouds still follow a twisted mind.

Living an inner world that tears the outer reality apart, words drowning the soul instead of lifting it up

You hope within any expression the answer will come, knocking us into a prospective where to be is enough.

To be is often enough Dan, I am therefore I will go on as I am sure that you will.

    so true! and relatable
    dear cherished Poet
    (empower each inked syllable
    within a resolve of artistry's
    soaring stratospheres
    like clouds, gliding
    in our now
    whilst traversing
    our past's
    we ink, breathe out
and surrender it all, to a fate
we may not be able to curate
but we damn well, can cultivate
    to path those aspired better's
    we dream
    in-to brilliantly manifested, existence
with each rhyme, we allow to flow
    like our life's, crimson wine...)
