Aware, your destiny twisting,

diluted existing, spiritually drifting, resisting denial,

you acknowledge it's their trial ,

THEY, now perpetrators disowned ,

Alone,

always shallow stepping life's miles.
You Shed Them.

A great message to be true to one's self. Nicely said.

Thank you for the read and for the understanding. A favor ? A while back I won a poet of the month and the web magazine made a video. It was the first piece I posted and it seems to have kinda gotten lost with hardly any views so I’m hoping if I ask nicely a few more May view? The piece speaks to how I think Hip Hop and Jazz are the same. If that concept slightly interests you ….?
It’s titled Thelonious Reborn as The Dee oh Double G. Thanks

      Perpetrators disowned-

Those realizations in life can be brutal and heart breaking. In the end it's the shedding of them that leads to healing.

      Wonderful piece!
