In life there can be many worries,
Some are quite small and can be forgotten,
Some need you to do something
So that you can get on in life.
There can always be ones that are heavy
And that you do not realise how heavy,
How heavy they are
And that they pull you down without knowing.
Then comes the day that you release them
And then you know how heavy,
How heavy they were,
And their release from your mind and body
Allows their weight to disperse
And let you go free,
Free into a new life of wonder.

Always enjoyed Glen Miller, Andy. thanks for that.
So what is your secret formula for the release of big worries?
Glen Miller is so very good. One time when the Glenn Miller Band was playing in our local town on a Saturday night on of them turned up on the Sunday to a rehearsal we were having in the swing band I used to play trumpet with.
My secret formula is love and music.

Better hang in there, Andy; obviously you have the formula ..... though I'd advise go easy, you might make some folks jealous....🙂
Good write Gold.
Often writing them down, can get troubles out of our mind, I find. The troubles may still be there, not disappear as wave of a magic wand, but they are 'out' of our mind, as it were.
Or going for a walk can help too. But not if you meet me singing on the walk. lol.
True words Orchi, thank you.

You done thar River walk lately?
So true Andy. The ability to let go of the things that weigh you down is the power you possess to take you where you want to go in life. Well penned. 😉
Thank you AP, much appreciated.
