Alone

I've went through my life feeling alone,

Feeling like a robot or maybe a drone,

Being controlled by everyone and doing what they wanted me to,

I felt lost and didn't know what else to do,

Even when I left home, something still seemed missing,

I could hear the devil whispering in my ear and the snakes hissing,

Then one day I woke up and my eyes were opened to my surroundings,

The Lord has shown me the truth and it was truly astounding,

I met the man that I was truly meant for,

This love feels like it has never before,

No longer am I alone or depressed or even down,

Where I once felt lost, now I am found.
