My Last Hope

Dev Parth

I thought I lost it all,
All hope had disappeared,
But then I met you,
And suddenly everything was clear.

Your love brought me back to life,
A light in the darkness of my despair,
My last hope, my guiding star,
A love so true and rare.

We walk hand in hand,
Through the ups and downs of life,
With you by my side,
I know I'll survive.

Love is the conductor,
Of this journey we're on,
Guiding us through the twists and turns,
Until the final dawn.

So I hold on to you,
My last hope, my love divine,
Together we'll face the world,
Until the end of time.

Overall, the poem is a lovely tribute to the power of love and the hope it can bring to our lives.

Nice content but you use the same subject/verb sentence structure throughout and that detracts from the message
For example , a quick rearrange 2nd stanza
    ie;
Conducting this journey we’re on is love
As destiny guides us from above
    Through twists and turns
    Our Embers burn
    Joined until the final dawn
