That Stubborn gurl.

Serene

She's stubborn,
She'll argue if she thinks she has a point to make.
She'll debate and stand by truth, for her own sake,
She’s wrong sometimes, but won't easily accept her mistake.

Because it wasn't always like this before,
She was once calm and composed, willing to explore.
She listened to people and accepted their core,
but people made her feel wrong more and more.

She accepted it all with an open heart,
But then came a time when her whole life was torn apart.
Showcased as a mistake, it broke her heart,
And since then she developed a coping mechanism to impart.

She impulsively made herself strong by arguing,
For the world, she's stubborn and a debater without reasoning.
But in reality, she's standing up for herself without weakening,
Developing a protective shield against demons threatening.

So don't judge her for her strong will,
For underneath it all, she's just trying to heal.
And one day, she'll find her way,
And her stubbornness will fade away.

It makes so much sense and I kinda cheered her bravery growing and confidence adding a dimension to her life. It also seems that she decided to step forward on faith and maybe was in a little “fake it to you make it” scenarios. Nice write and Twas a nice read.
