They Were Nothing But Fools
At the time, they seemed to
be stuck in
some kind of intricate web ..
With the
pair of them weaving through
blank
open pages, with nothing but
an old
darning needle
and length of invisible thread ..
But there
were those, who quite rightly
thought,
they were nothing but fools ..

The poem invites the reader to reflect on the nature of reality and the value of individual pursuits, while acknowledging the potential for others to view those pursuits as foolish.
Can I please hire you as my PA & PR man .. Cheers Mott 🙂

But ask a fool to describe himself and he'll tell you he's a genius. 😏

The genius of our madness is almost always in the public eye. Ayayay...
and so say all of us .................. N 🙂
The old saying "one man's junk is another man's treasure" comes to mind. I suppose we all judge according to our own sense of worth. Loved it!

thanks and welcome back GF60 sir 😎
(showcasing great skill, dear Poet
worded, open to interpretation
yet, directing our flow to that
same river of poetic, introspection)
I seem to know these fool's innately
those who weave patterns, beyond
logic or consideration's
capacity, to comprehend
their zeal for cyclic, idiocy..
'as i ask, every morning
mirror mirror, whose the fool
you know better than most
in reply, my face looks back
eyes clueless, to life's lessons...'
thanks again brother Mek .. Neville 🙂
