Undeniably Piqued

Neville

Undeniably Piqued

she was both sulky and shy ..

like the top of

some remote and obscured

by cloud

high mountain peak shy ..

allowing nothing

but brief glimpses at first ..

and so hard

to reach, but all the effort

they said in

the end, would be worth it ..

it was a shame

  though, when afterwards ..

she refused to

let go and spoilt everything ..

Hard to be strangled by one thought to be shy - -- am glad she appeared only in the lines of your vivid fancy for females who cling to sinking ships.....x

Perhaps everyone has a facade that hides their true nature. It's only when a relationship becomes really comfortable that we find the good or the bad behind it. The question then is how to disentangle from the disagreeable. I think you captured it perfectly.

I think you are absolutely write Bella .. your insight could well be a godsend to those only too eager to dive in head first without considering the likelihood of any dangers that lie beneath the surface ..

and thank you so much for contributing my friend .. such visits are always welcome and greatly appreciated ... Neville

Oh, to climb to the mountaintop and find there is no way down. Stuck there forever.
Difficult to compare a woman to a mountain, but you have done it beautifully. Introduce a few clouds to add to her reticence and the picture clears. Hope you were able to climb off of this one. - Phil A.

Some are like that in not letting go but I am sure the one for you is out there and you would not let her go.
