Lord, in Communion these days
We may meet in different ways
In person or virtually
But you still our Saviour be
help us recall family
That you made us sure to be
Christian brothers, sisters we
All are saved by your grace free
When partaking bread and wine
Gifts of heaven, gift divine
In person or in spirit
As occasion does befit
Yet we all on in you be
In Christ as His family
Send healing, peace, forgiveness
Where needed, so do us bless
That patient, do us restore
That ere long we meet once more
Together in one meetings
Thankful praises to you bring
