At Least to the Moon and Back
As long
as larks rise,
gulls glide
and eagles soar ..
Be sure
that I shall
love you
and then some ..
But so much more ..

Simply Beautiful
How very kind Saxon Crow and likewise very muchly appreciated too .. Neville
Why must some poets be weird, e.g. on their profiles, and not normal like you and I? (Eh?!) lol.
.................................................. I dunno weirdo 🐧🐀😀🐀🐀🐀🐧
I mean those 'third person poems' such as 'Orchi is a fine poet, blah, blah', and plenty of waffle follows!
Wonderful loving words Neville.
Andy
thank you kindly my friend .. Neville
The poem reminds us that love can transcend boundaries and limitations, much like the flight of birds in the vast sky. It speaks to the eternal nature of affection, emphasizing that it exists not only in the present but extends beyond our imagination.

thank you Bella .. here's hoping you n yours are safe n well .. 🙂
Brilliant!
(many a poetic mind
will live, these words
come summer's end
and holiday escapades
revert
back, to that daily grind
where hugs and shared
smiles
afford us, those anchors
we grasp
to survive our life's winters)
poetic brevity, encased
in your masterful subtlety
my friend
