Bored with Life

Peter Gates

Sitting in my reverie
Of things that can never be,
I came here for poetry
To break the monotony
That living could ever be.

“Reverie”, owns Nuance altered as I Think
A design transforms , a poetic link?
Duality won’t hide an old Aesthetic
Ever Living , sharing Poems Prophetic
Reverie renews Hope Magnetic
Art Breathes Fresh into Life
These blessings never visit strife

Be bright or trite
Welcomed are those with sight
With souls as large as the sky
May our poems take flight
