Is positivity really a thing!

Poetic Dan

Positivity is it really a thing.

Well if you start repeating it again and again
Getting faster and faster, until it sounds like a train
Let go and you'll think it's gone from your brain
Yet we all know the subconscious rules this game
What we think and what is, are not always the same

This is the way!

Well, it's not a 'thing' as a cup of tea is - being completely random there!
Make that a pot of tea and a slice of cake each, for both of us, and we'll sit down and discuss this!

Well that sounds delightful good sir, I'll be round at noon! Yes for 2! Or. 3 if Fido still kicking!

      Is it really a thing?
      You sir
      Are positivity personified
      Inspiring

Stop it.... oh go on then! I'll take this one and keep it in my chest as today was truly a test of my inner limits!
Truly appreciate your time my friend
        Much peace and respect

            so true!
feigning positivity is a quick way
            to tripping ourselves
better, to let it come naturally
            sense its presence
and fight the need to grab at it
            let it marinate
and when the time's right, we'll
sip, a little at a time
every time, making sure there's plenty left
for those bleak storm winds of life..
            a great right dear Poet
            thought provoking indeed

            • Poetic Dan

I'll definitely guilty of trying to hard rather than build it and it will come!
