Fall

PoeticBiscuit

Every single day,

I fall for you again,

My knees bending to your will.

Just a glimpse

Of your awestruck beauty,

Makes my world stand still.

You steal my breath,

Right from my mouth,

As you did my heart.

My body aches with pains,

When you’re not around,

I’m no good when we’re apart.

Wow... that's some raw truth there! This was me last week for real.
Thank you so much for sharing
    Much peace and respect

    Ps
Not sure how I'll do reading this to the wife but my tears will be worth!

I really felt the sentiment and conviction. Wishing you spent a little time to vary the sentence structure a nice idea like this might shine a bit more with an added. Complexity?

Thanks for stopping by and giving feedback! I’ve played with sentence structure a bit on some of my other works, definitely a work in progress haha.
