Leading Light

orchidee

Tune: St Fulbert

('Ye choirs of new Jerusalem')

Psalm 36 v.9-12

**********

With you, O Lord, is the fountain

Of life, it to all men* (*mankind)

In your light shall we see light, so

The truth, the right way know

Continue your loving-kindness

Unto them that confess

You, they do know you, and show light

To the righteous, upright

Let not the proud come against me

Nor wicked make me flee

Workers of evil have fallen

They shall not arise then

O Light of life, on our path shine

Fill us with joy divine

Where you present there be no night

Come, illumine our sight
