Saying

bevan tse stuart

I don’t want to say I love you

far from it.
I want to say so much more

I want to say live with me

i want to say spend all your free time with me

i want to say invite me to dinner with your parents

i want to say please wake up with me every day

I want to say let me cook you dinner whilst you’re busy

i want to say I want to come home to a house with you

I want to say let me kiss you goodnight every night

i want to say will you marry me?

but instead I’m here.
I haven’t said any of that.
I live here in silence and you will never know

if you're willing to commit, dive-in
    heart first
embrace the fear, hurdle the obstacles
better to have tried and failed
    than being left wondering
    what could have been
    'shoulda, woulda, coulda
are the last words of a fool'
(but what do i know, lol
do what feels right to you)
    thanks for sharing

I did try. I never got the chance to ask her to marry me but I did try
