Tune: Richmond
(one tune to: 'Praise to the holiest in the height')
Parts of Psalms 30, 31, 32, 33
*********
Lord, you have for me my mourning
Turned to dancing, I sing
You have my sackcloth put off, I
Know your salvation nigh
'Tis so my tongue may sing, glory
From sadness you set free
No silent now in mourning dearth
But give you thanks, your worth
For you are my rock and fortress
Lokk unto me, me bless
Therefore for your name's sake me lead
Guide me, your sheep still feed
Oh how great is your goodness, you
Have laid up for them true
That trust you, you for them have wrought
Good things, they you have sought
You are my hiding place, you shall
Keep me from trouble well
You shall surround me with songs, they
Your salvation display
Many sorrows to the wicked
In their sins they misled
But they that in the Lord do trust
Mercy, no meagre crust
Rejoice in the Lord, you righteous
Come praise Him now with us
For praise, see, it is beautiful
For upright, righteous all
Praise him with songs and instruments
His presence here now sense
Sing to Him a new song, and play
Skilful, joyful alway
