i’ve tried
to see the side, where the grass is always greener
caught between a dreamer and a hopeless believer
as i look deeper, i see no difference in either demeanor
am i my own preacher?
screaming sermons searching for an answer from the void
yearning and burning for the universe to make a noise
I can’t lie, if i got a reply, and heard the voice
my spirit would align, to decide the same choice
