Bathed in sunlight
We stepped onto the lawn,
Struck four croquet balls
Towards the hoops.
Bathed in pouring rain
We rushed off the lawn,
Jumped in our cars
And went home!

The juxtaposition Butch and your croquet tickled my funny bone no end.
Also thanks for the reminder of that movie.
You used to play bagatelle too!? Did we play it 5 million ago, you and I? Good write Gold.
Oh yes played that as well, so very long ago.
Andy
Did you know it used to be called βcrookyβ? Low impact exercise! Lol
It may be low impact exercise Liz but I have been in competitions where I have stood on croquet lawns for seven hours.
