Two sides

sorenbarrett

I hate the ugliness in this world

people being mean

all the hurt that there is

all the pain that goes unseen

All the hatred that is felt

villainy obscene

lies, betrayal

all the suffering

Nature is not fair

nor is it serene

the only justice

is the death that it will bring

I love the beauty in this world

all that is still clean

all the people that are kind

the new growth that is green

All that nature can teach us

all that we can glean

the sun above in the sky

the moon on the ocean sheen

All the love in the heart

those things that can't be seen

the earth the sky

and everything that lies in between

        Brilliant!
'I love the beauty in this world
        all that is still clean
all the people that are kind
the new growth that is green'
(who needs coffee or a red bull
        when your words, gift us
        wings,
recycling the ugly in our lives
        to curate words of beauty
        what an inspirational endeavour)
I read and learn my wise friend
