All things that are reveled

By the light, unconcealed

They are made known, for the light shows

It up, they each one* knows (*i.e. each person)

 

So it is said, Awake

Who sleep, for the Lord's sake

Rise from the dead, and Christ shall give

You light and you shall live

 

See you live carefully

Not foolish but wisely

Redeem time, make of it the most

So not a moment lost

 

Because days are evil

And troubles may prevail

So be not unwise, but do see* (*i.e .understand)
