Makes me very nostalgic. I had a girlfriend named Spirit once. When I read that line”watches like a hawk” I got shivers.
I Hope they were good shivers and not creeped out ones! lol... if nastalgia was at play.. perhaps good shivers

This uses the world Spirit quite a lot but doesn't explain what the Spirit really is.For me there is no Spirit.But hey what would I know
It explains some of the ways I have experienced Spirit and the many forms it can take.. I believe everyone can and will experience Spirit in many different ways. We can also have shared experiences which is helpful when we need confirmation from others in what we are experiencing.
For me, Spirit is and can be in everything.
The world is so noisy it can be hard to find that connection sometimes though.
