Inanna’s Descent

vicecream

To descend into madness

Is a righteous affair

And yet I cannot allow myself

The Pleasure of it

Not now at least.

Though I do long

To tumble happily into this trench

And relinquish all reigning,

To cut the leash and run the fields

and sniff

and roll

and bark

Not sure what is holding you back
One day hopefully soon you can allow yourself the pleasure of it
Ta for allowing the reader to share said pleasure

For now, it’s responsibilities that are keeping me reigned in. But I find moments here and there ♥️ thanks for your response and I’m glad you enjoyed!
