Holy Dreamscape

Parisab

Immersed deep in the blue sea

A lion, be it spirit, holy, or me

Be it delusion, vision, or dream

Be it courage, or solitude, only me

I could see, a heart on fire, in the crimson sky, outline of a person with mane and free

I fear that noone can see, Tantum me

Had to dig out my Funk & Wagnals
      Alone or solemn
      Or A NSAID anti inflammatory
That aside, it’s such a thought provoking piece at a really high level. As always, XOXO

      first and last line, bookend
      and contextualise, such a fantastical
      poet wording of our imagination
      carrying us to thought pathways
we never knew we were capable of
      I believe dreams, are simultaneously
      irrelevant and consequential
      they're often a projection
of the things we notice but keep
      repressed
      or, that we dwell-on relentlessly
it's always, what we see in them
      that defines their relevance..
but purely as a reading experience
this was such a wonderful poetic delight
      thank you! dear cherished Poet

Thought provoking and enigmatic in its symbols. They may be taken several ways and are left open to interpretation which is wonderful in and of itself. It allows the reader to project a bit of themselves into it.
