There will always be day and night
us or they, neither better than the other
Love and hate, black and white
crooked or straight, each a sister or a brother
There is large or small, male or female
run or crawl, after and before
Short and tall, pass or fail
nothing or all, peace and war
good or bad, life or death
happy or sad, truth or lies
satiated or hungry, suffocate or catch one's breath
thin or chunky, ignorant or wise
Yet all is gray in this world around us
tis they say a matter of perception
always was and always will be thus
so the law lays a view of deception
it's the emptiness of the pot that gives it, its use
have you forgot, without the one you can't have the other?
and without tenderness, there would be no abuse
so life renders us, no child without a father and a mother

I definitely got a feeling from your lines of the way our language renders our perception of reality; I do think you've made your point there, Soren. Smoothly done.
Last line: Were you referring to production or socialisation?
Thanks Dave for the read. It can be taken either way or even symbolically.
Clever words soren showing that everything has an opposite, may we take the positive ones into our lives.
Andy
Thank you Gold for your kind words and review
I 'always' will say this is a good write SB.
Thanks Orchi for the vote of confidence.
causality as our anchor to worth
our ending's curated
by the beginnings we overcome
yielding a broken start, to another's
journey
side by side, we lament
that we may never influence or change
while by our side, we neglect
that which waits on us
to cherish and appreciate...
perspective
a warping of distance
too close
and we're blinded by proximity
too far
and we're addicted to its horizon
of possibility
(a wonderfully thought provoking write, wise Poet)
thank you!
as well without the writer, there would be no reader, no viewer, no interpreter. This, however, needs no interpretation as it is quite clear in its imagery with the truth of the ying and yang. Nicely penned!
Thank you so much for your read and apt interpretation. So right no writer no reader well said.
