SOX FANS SHOULD HIDE
I think it’s time to describe with no more lies how I feel I’ve been rooting for the White Sox at least since baseball was real. It’s been my team since way back in my youth but now it’s time to spread the news tell people the truth , used to be rooting for this team was like my religion but now I’m getting treated like a con man treats his pigeon. and I don’t know how next season will go, but I’ll tell you the player development ain’t got nothing to show. It ain’t got nothing to breed it’s got no air to breathe. The team is so bad it’s getting hard to believe. Who’s the face of the franchise , that’s getting harder to pick , they been throwing together rosters that got no chance to click. In two double oh five things were going good but since then we can’t even beat the PeeWee’s in the old neighborhood. Fans can’t understand the lack of a plan and Tell me why should they DONT STOP and make some demands. It feels fake to sing with Journey with our fan base diminishing from Bridgeport to Burr Ridge , worst numbers in the standings since we lost 106, that super sorry season managed by Don Gutteridge.
And I’m OUT!

Cool! And how did it go?
The kids are always surprised that an old man can hold his own in that arena. It’s fun and I’m careful I don’t step up to those w monster talent. These guys weren’t ready
I am a baseball virgin .. sorry if we are on about something else entirely ..
No, I was at a party and some kids were freestyling Rappin’ and when it’s your turn they give you a subject matter and I asked to join in and cause I was talking bout BB earlier with a few of them that was my assigned subject. They didn’t even believe I could or would do it and one of them recorded me and the poem here is my exact freestyle. The kids were surprised, but it’s something I can do , mostly..
Wow! !'m impressed with your rapping skill. You have my sympathy, and I know how you feel, for I am a Sox fan, but of the Red persuasion. We too are now on a downward trend. Today's players and teams are all about the money.
Your rap shows what happens when a great team becomes lost due to insufficient funding. Maybe there should be a limit on salaries and expenditures. - Phil A.
I agree with you. For the first time in over thirty years , every level in the minor leagues finished last fir the Sox. How pitiful is that? Almost as bad as having a great defensive first basemen like Bill Buckner.
Now, now, go easy. That was one of the most depressing moments of being a Red Sox fan. You have to feel sorry for Billy though, his legs were so arthritic he couldn't bend down to get the ball. By the way I remember some of the great White Sox teams from when I was young, I secretly was a fan when the Red Flops truly stank.
One of my favorite was the 0-3 comeback in ‘03. How I hate the Yankees factored in my joy.
That Gibson v Lonborg GM 7 in ‘67 was classic. Then Yaz barely squeaking above 300 in ‘68 for the batting title was fixating. Jim Rice and Frank Thomas were two of best RH hitters ever , Pudge w the body English and the waving it fair in GM 6. Lots of good stuff but that Theo team that broke the curse had to really quench a very dry thirst. Im a sports nut.
Excellent. I'm a baseball fan from way back, even worked at turner field and took in many braves games in 2000. You gave me a hunger for the boys of summer, fantastic job.
It’s a crazy game. Braves win MLB Best, 104 and now they’re out. Just what plan solves their problem? My Sox have hit a 54 year low as they almost lose a C note in the bigs while every one of their Minor League teams finished last.
Lol, great stuff Bobby.
