Tune: Wiltshire
('Through all the changing scenes of life')
Psalm 34 v.1-6
********
I will bless the Lord at all times
Through life's seasons and rhymes
His praise it shall continual be
In my mouth, sung freely
My soul shall make in Him her boast
Father, Son, Holy Ghost
The humble, they shall hear, be glad
Not stay downcast or sad
O magnify the Lord with me
That all His greatness see
Let us exalt His name, as one
Together in His Son
I sought the Lord, and He me heard
And helped me by His word
Delivered me from all my fears
His salvation appears
Looking to Him, we were lightened
His mercies He did send
Our faces radiant, not be
Ashamed, nor we defamed
I, a poor man cried, the Lord He
Did hear me graciously
Saved me out of all my troubles
So too who on Him calls
