Simple Understanding.

Goldfinch60

There was a time

When there was an understanding,

A simple understanding

That if we sang at dawn

And we sang at dusk

We could heal the world,

Heal the world through joy.

We may not understand it,

But the birds still do.

Ahh, it must mean the birds singing then. And some humans as well.
But certainly not me. I sing at dawn and folk have a terrible start to their day. I sing at dusk and folk have nightmares, knowing I'm gonna sing again the next dawn! heehee.
          How's Hastings prep?

Such a mystical but at the same time real message. I agree music is a special medicine.

A lovely poetic thought here Andy.

It acts as a reminder of the wholesomeness that still remains.

If only such a "healing culture" can replace such a "cancel culture" eh?

Bravo and I hope that all is well.

Thankfully we have the birds to remind us, if we listen. Beautiful dear friend.
