Unending

Pop64

I lay awake in the early morning hours

Sweat pouring from my body

Mind is not here, it is with you

My body aches, wanting, needing

I can see us

Fervently making love in the moonlight

Devouring each other

Driving each other

Crazy with want

With heat

All with the exploring nature

Of new lovers

Feeling like we shouldn’t

But yet excited in the moment

In the never ending desire

Of making each other explode

Over

And over again

When will my restless nights cease?

For fantasy to be reality

When?

Oh tormented soul

Drink in the thoughts of the fantasy

Languish in the fluidity of movement

And savor each taste and morsel

Of the nighttime offering
