If I get the thumbs up tomorrow from my Doc, I hope to be in Miami on Friday for three days before jumping ship and spending three weeks sailing around South America .. Sheesh, what we do to try n get a touch of inspiration eh' .. Take care while I'm away & please forgive any delay in my going quiet for a while .. Welcome back!!!! You know....because I'm a bodybuilder...the "landing lightly" makes a lot of sense to me. So, yes, give it your all, GO HARD, BUT, remember to pay attention to how and where you land! Loved it!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜
