In so many religions they wait,
They wait for their saviour,
And when that saviour comes
Wickedness will go from this world
And the world will be filled,
Filled with goodness and righteousness.
Well we have been waiting,
Waiting for thousands of years.
Maybe that is the problem,
The problem with this planet,
People expect someone else,
Someone else to come,
To come and solve their problems.
Well I have an idea,
Why not instead of waiting,
Waiting for your saviour,
Why not fix it ourselves!

It's His second coming we're waiting for. He been and gone, just over 2,000 years ago.
Also though - if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
But it is broke Orchi!
Andy
Ahh, can ya fix it?!
And - are we still waiting for the bus to take us back to Earth, since we met the astronauts on the Moon in 1969?
How often does the No.7 bus to Earth run? Every 76 years, like Hailey's Comet?!
"Then I will also confess to you that you're own right hand can save you."
But it needs more than my right hand 2781.

If this is an attempt to put fire into some poetic souls, I'd observe that you are getting a pretty damp response so far, Andy
Very true Dave, but they know it is right!

You cannot know what anyone else is thinking - or indeed if they think at all.......

Here Here. No more waiting.Let's be happy by ourselves without that religion crap.
Organised religion is a farce David.

A religion of do-it-yourselfers? Sounds like a great idea Andy. 🙂👍
