I could have really Loved you, you know

Meagan

I could have really Loved you, you know?
Time and distance wouldn’t have mattered
The barriers in our words would have faded
You could have seen true strength in Love

Never once did I think you were difficult
Or demanding
Or too much
You were perfectly you, in every intricate detail

I wanted to know you so much deeper
To explore every mountain and valley in your mind
I wanted to show you what a queen deserves
And how you have always been enough

I could have really Loved you, you know?
In fact I did.
In fact I still do.

Love is not always what we want it to be, but sometimes it can be more than we ever thought it would be. Well penned Adelle. 😉👍
