Tune: Hanover
('O worship the King')
Psalm 96 v.1-10
*******
O sing to the Lord, all earth show forth praise
To him sing songs, pleasant harmonies raise
Sing to the Lord, bless His name, and do show forth
His salvation daily, proclaiming His worth
Declare His glory among the nations
To all peoples high, low, of all station
For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised
With His marvels, wonders, He has us amazed
For all gods of the nations are idols
They profitless, lifeless, no living souls
But the Lord made the heavens, He ever lives
Sustaining graces unto all life He gives
Honour and majesty they go before
Him, strength and beauty they truly found sure
In His sanctuary, give to the Lord all
You people, give His glory, strength, on Him call
Give unto the Lord the glory that be
Due unto His name, it glorious, see
Bring an offering and come into His courts
With your hearts and minds taken up with His thoughts
O worship the Lord here in the beauty
Of holiness, and fear reverently
All the earth, and say the Lord reigns everywhere
No place where He shall not judge righteously there
