2 Thessalonians 2 v.13-17

Brethren, you of the Lord beloved
God has chosen you encoved
From the beginning chose each one
Through His plans in Christ His Son
He chose you unto salvation
And members of each nation
Through sanctification*, it be
By the Spirit's work, here see
And as you the truth believing
And by His grace receiving
For He called you by the gospel
Spread it abroad, all men tell
Called to obtaining of glory
Of our Lord Jesus Christ, see
So stand fast, to the teachings hold
Serve Him, let not love grow cold
The Lord Jesus Christ, and God too
He Father even to you
He has loved us, and e'erlasting
Consolation does us bring
And too brings us good hope through grace
'Til at last we see His fcae
he shall comfort our hearts, meet needs
Stablsih us in good words, deeds
