Here you may know, now even you

The holy scriptures true

They are able to make you wise

And they contain no lies

 

Make you wise unto salvation

Revealed to each nation

Salvation through faith which is in

Christ Jesus, without sin

 

All scripture is given, here se

By God's inspirings free

For He has breathed His living word

He ever is the Lord

 

And all scripture profitable

It be to humans all

For doctrine, teaching, reproof too

And correction anew

 

And for instruction and training

In righteousness, each thing

That we may be perfect, mature

And in Him may grow more

 

Thoroughly equipped, furnishéd

With Christ our living Head

Unto all good works, glorify

Christ, His words ne'er shall die
