Cascade

James Michael

We are flesh and flame

Burning brightly

Fluttered by the wind

Seized by the stars

Embers cascading

into ashes of time

Slowly entering twilight

Faith the sail of the soul

“Into ashes of time”, really clever to tap into such an absolute to bring minds and meaning together , and THEN you took
A norm and added more, flutter seizing cascading motion, tactile action , and I swear, this was the closest I’ve come to
Picture ashes blinking like neon lamps colored like a rainbow
