You Can Always Tell ..

Neville

You Can Always Tell ..

I do love you,

she said ..

I love you too,

he replied ..

Well

okay then but,

I’m sure,

I love you

much more ..

Well

maybe just

lately,

you do he

sighed slow ..

And they

both roll over

and sleep

until morning ..

He facing

the window

and her,

facing the door ..

You've really captured the scene. The last line was just perfect.

When there is nowhere left to turn, one is either forced to continue tossing, or make the most of it & turn the other cheek ..
