GENDER ROTATION
For instance, when unsure , pretense never helps explain the plan
Ego driven, nil admittance 
This predilection points to man , Survey Says : This 
Propensity toward Arrogance with insecurity of Existance, bleeds the Testosterone  that leaks inside the brain ? These Alpha Male misdirects , cause corrosive disrepair in the  metaphoric  chain 
Consider instead a consistent brilliance that Women have already claimed. An empathetic wisdom that places aside false pride and fleeting fame.  A fair and humble pure agenda, powerfully joined by strengths conjoined , in spirit and in body and everyone alive. Let’s Decide that Women are best to Lead  the Human Race, a double X guides our future bright and with that  Grace we find success.

      Only the first two lines remained
      Intact , I added descriptive elements and altered the cadence so it’s a more natural read leading to an improved rhyme scheme at the end. I couldn’t have done it without your prompting. Thanks.

        That's overkill...all I did is suggest one word and then endorsed you for the wholeheartedly way you took my suggestion on board.
        Further, you've lost all the other supportive comments on the thread. You only needed to edit your original in situ. This function allows any amount of change to your original.

          It’s a rewrite w improvements and I mistakenly hit delete instead of edit , so yes. It’s a better version but not brand new.

            The first stanza speaks to how ego or power trips doesn’t mean you are most qualified to be in charge. So ego and not admitting thats how you got the power tends to be mostly men that are guilty of that.
            Then I speak in the second verse to the problems of how alpha males driven not by logic but by testosterone ( balls)make errors that mess up the chain of events.

            Then I address the fact of women have already pushed ego aside and are naturally fair and thoughtful cuz it’s not pumped up pride that drives them. They have a fair agenda and have birthed all of us and that combination of skills makes them qualified to lead ( perhaps) instead of only men The double X refers to their x x pair of chromosomes. Men have x y
            So it’s a Gender Rotation ( poem title) that I recommend. Hit me back and tell me if this clears things up. ??
