To get back
in the game,
I need one
good hit.
A horse with
early lick;
that has more
heart than
Joe Louis
and Jake
LaMotta
combined.
I need decent odds,
at least 8-1.
The racing
gods have to
smile on me
one more time.
At least for
6 furlongs,
and then baby,
I'm back in the
game.

Life is a lottery from one end to the other .. and then you lose some ..
Very true. Thanks bro.
Maybe it is your time to win.
Andy
It is. Thank you.
Your love of horse racing brought my Dad and brothers to the fore. When they won, we were all winners. It didn’t happen that often:) I have to admit enjoying a day out at the racetrack though. Ascot and Epsom in particular. Good luck with your bets.
Thank you, I appreciate it.
Good write T.
Much appreciated.
Good work, Thomas. Really enjoyed this.
Thanks Tom
Wonderful philosophy gambling, this can be taken so many ways also simply as a horse race that could possibly change a life or not. Superb as always.
Thank you Teddy
