In our lives we meet many people,
Most are fine and good,
The few we meet can be awful,
But often we are looking,
Looking for that one person,
That one person who can change,
Change our life.
What we don’t realise
Is that we know that person,
We know that person so well.
If you want to see that person,
That person who will change your life
Just look in the mirror.

A few awful people yes.
I used to dread my last couple of years in my last employment at Christmas time, in case our newest Manageress waved the mistletoe at me. I would never have recovered. Would be like kissing mother-in-law but worse. lol.
Things can be like that but my life has been full of good things.
Andy
I would never have recovered if it had happened - the mistletoe event. Would never have been the same again - a turn for the worse. lol.
So true and I knew that that hook was coming but took it just the same. The mirror is only used by most people to cover their faces with masks of mascara, lipstick, eyeliner or pull unwanted hairs.
So true soren, so many people do not look at what is inside themselves.

Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest...
Smile mate - the geezer in the mirror will always return the complement.....
So true Dave, thank you.

Nice wisdom dear Andy, we are the ones who can change ourselves but it's only if we want to. Humans being complicated for sure. 🤗
Human beings certainly are complicated Teddy but I am sure that within us all there are good things that we need everybody to bring out in themselves.
Andy
That person can change the world.
So true 2781.

Beautifully said dear Andy, perhaps we need to look into the mirror more often, in all of our moods and faces.
Thank you Bella, yes I think we should look into ourselves more often.
