Not Yet Quite Forgot
the last time I saw her
she was laying with a stranger
beneath an ancient quilt
atop a memory foam mattress
of many years lieing
and would not look back at me
despite mouthing my name ..

Ouch. That must have hurt. This scene plays out clearly before my eyes.
a memory foam mattress
of many years lieing - now that is quite brill Neville.
That tells a story. I saw her mouthing your name. The air was blue.
Brevity which turns into a movie. Not something you would forget easily, though time may soften the blow.
Hits the emotions. So well related. Have an easy day my friend.
