I
being me, a woman not a tree
although some days I’m wood
and sometimes delicately do fall my leaves
lost within life's maze I’ll be
not always knowing which way to go
yet I know just where I've been
this time fifty years ago
I was just an embryo.

I always have had an affinity for trees and fifty can be pretty young for a tree. Actually it is pretty young to me. A wonderful write congratulations.
Awe, it a very personal one today in October I'll be the sweet age of fifty so I was kidding with my brother about this and I said to him yeh 50 years ago I was just an embryo so that's where this came from. I'm wood because I am very strong willed and I'm a leaf because I'm also delicate. LoL all about meeeeee happy Friday dearest sorenbarret and thank you for all your kind comments and reviews always so very humbled ❤️
