In life we can do three things,

We can listen,

We can speak,

And we can act.

But we must do these things,

Do these things in the right way.

When we listen,

We must listen with curiosity

To be sure we understand.

When we speak,

We must speak with honesty

To let all know the truth.

And when we act,

We must act with integrity

To give trust for all.
